Do I need to book in advance?

You don’t have to book tickets in advance (there will be a box office on site) although it’s recommended. Buying tickets online ensures that the exhibition is not sold out on the day of your visit. Prices are the same both online and offline. At the box office we will prefer automatic payment instead of cash in order the avoid physical contact.

How long does the visit last?

The visit will take at least 60 minutes.

What language is the audio guide in?

The audio guide is available in Hebrew, English, Spanish, Russian, and Arabic.

Can I use my own headphones?

Yes, you can. As long as it has a jack 3,5mm cable. We also inform that all audio-guides and respective headsets are disinfected after each use.

What security measures have been taken due to COVID-19?

In order to keep everyone safe:
• We will provide fixed locations with hand sanitizers for you to use.
• The use of mask is mandatory upon entry.
• Reduction of maximum capacity per slot.
• Social distancing measures will be taken and motivated.
• We will prefer automatic payments at the box office and merchandise shop.
• Regular disinfection.

Are the light effects suitable for all audiences?

Some experiences include light effects that could affect people sensitive to stroboscopic light or suffering from photosensitive epilepsy.

Touching the Barça The Exhibition

Visitors are encouraged to use and touch all elements of the Barça The Exhibition. However, please ensure that you treat all installations and set work, as well as your fellow visitors, with respect. We will make all efforts to make sure that all items that are to be touched are regularly disinfected.

Eating and drinking

No food or drink is allowed inside the Exhibition.

Can I bring in my bag / luggage / baby stroller?

Small handbags are allowed inside the Barça The Exhibition. All oversized luggage (including baby strollers) must be left at the Exhibition access. We strongly advise to only bring the items needed. The cloakroom is closed as a security measure.

How can I buy group tickets?

If you would like to purchase tickets for a group of more than 10 people, please contact us via e-mail or phone. Please note that due to COVID-19, we may not be able to allow entry of the full group at once (depending on the amount of people)
